Thanoseal Embalmeres Tape!
Skin Colored - Seals Skin Slip
Is pretty fantastic.
I’ll also throw in the bumper sticker:
“I seal dead people with tape!”
Reblog and follow.
Winner will be picked at random.
I’ve seriously always wanted to try this stuff. Skin slip is a pain.
You know, if done for the right reasons, I wouldn’t have a problem with this. But if they were in fact abusing the fact that their friend may be dead, and unable to say no to their use of his money, then they deserve a little jail time.
Starting tomorrow I will be hard at it trying to find an apprenticeship somewhere here in Ky. Don’t get me wrong, I love the job that I have right now. It’s just that it wont get me my license and I’m not sure that it’s going to pay as well as I need since I have bills I need to pay.
So wish me luck. I’m probably going to need a lot of it. Also, if anyone that follows me happens to be from Ky and knows a good funeral home that you think I would like, let me know.

I’m not sure. I think it would make me feel better taking care of it and making sure it’s done right. There’s nothing worse than going to a service of someone you really care for and it being a mess.
And you don’t always have to be the one to take care of them. A lot of places don’t want their employees working with a loved one. I can understand it, and if I worked with someone I trusted to do it right, I would let them take the reins.
Not having an internet connection really makes updating hard. I recently (9 days ago) got a job working for the local Livery/Crematory. I love it. I’ve taken and picked up several bodies to the medical examiners office, helped embalm, and I’ve been on call every day since I started.
The down side is it’s not an apprenticeship. But I remain hopeful that since I’ll be working with a lot of the funeral homes in the area, I’ll impress someone and they will offer me one.
So just a small update. I found a connection that I can get outside of my house so I’ll be updating more.
After a rain in New York all the dogs that got cought in the rain, somehow the water washed away their whole trail and they can’t get back home so about 4 in the morning you see all these stranded dogs on the street and they’re looking around like - wont you help me get back home, sir please -excuse me sir - can you help me find my way back home - all makes and models, the short ones, the black ones, the tall ones, the expensive ones, the long ones, the disturbed ones, they all want to get home. - Tom Waits
This really rings home right now.
This will also be on my headstone.
I can’t believe that they wont allow this. But then again, a lot of people were against cremation when it first came around.

1. Well now you are and all is right in the world.
2. It’s an embalming machine. It pretty much is a fancy mixer. Except for embalming fluid.
3. You’re welcome.
